PLEASE READ THESE GUIDELINES CAREFULLY. SUBMISSIONS THAT DO NOT FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

  1. No more than 3 submissions per person per category.
  2. Pick up the Author Form and the Haiku Submission Form or print out the forms on plain white paper from this web link.
  3. Fill out one Author form for each Haiku submitted, including your name, contact information and selected category.
  4. Haiku are judged anonymously. Attach your Author Form to the back of the Haiku Submission Form with your Haiku in the space shown. The Haiku Submission Form must not show your name.
  5. No titles on Haiku. Please read the definitions of Haiku & Contemporary Haiku in the Submission Guidelines for judging criteria.
  6. ukiahHaiku Festival reserves the right to use any entries for award or publicity purposes. Authors retain the copyright.
